Some financial breakthrough testimonies are real. Let’s face it. It’s not always easy to believe God will provide for us during financial hardships. I know because I’ve been there. But over the past 12 months, Father Yah has shown me the power of giving. Since I started giving money anonymously, God has blessed me with unexpected financial resources.

God Isn’t Helping Me With My Finances
There was a time when I didn’t trust God with my money. I’ve experienced financial lack on many occasions. Sometimes, I blamed God for my circumstances. Sometimes, I cried out for a breakthrough, and my situation didn’t improve. It seemed God wasn’t listening to me, reinforcing that maybe He wouldn’t help me overcome my money woes.
Jehovah Jireh Is Real
When you’re in doubt about God, study His word. Despite my shaky faith, the Bible says, “God is not a man, that he should lie (Numbers 23:19). In other words, we can stand on God’s word. What he says is as good as gold (even better than gold). If He said it, it must come to pass.
The Scripture tells us the Lord hastens to perform his word (Jeremiah 1:12). So, what does his word say about Father Yah providing for his children?
Psalm 84:11
11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
King James Version
Luke 12:24
24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
King James Version
John 15:7
7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
King James Version
God is Jehovah Jireh (Genesis 22:14). The Hebrew translation means “God will provide.” In other words, the Most High is a provider by nature. So, He has no problem giving us what we need when we need it.
But there’s a caveat.
We must obey His kingdom’s laws and principles. Remember, when we work the laws, the laws will work for us. Every kingdom citizen must know this truth.
Obedience Is the Key to Blessings
The kingdom law of giving requires obedience. I realized I couldn’t receive what I don’t give. It’s like going to this field expecting a harvest of corn when he never planted corn seeds. On top of that, he gets mad at God. Sounds foolish, right?
Well, I was like a foolish farmer when it came to money. I expected to reap what I never sowed and blamed God for my famine. I discovered that following the Law of Giving puts me in a position to receive.
In early 2020, I started giving money away anonymously. I wasn’t seeking recognition. My joy came from giving, not from anyone patting me on the back. I like what the Bible says about secretly giving to others:
Matthew 6:4
4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.
King James Version
Time to Release What’s in My Hand
I have a routine I follow before giving money. I pray over the money and decree financial increase, and multiplication occurs in the recipients’ lives. I also pray God gets the glory and that my generosity strengthens their relationship with the Most High. Then I offer the money to the Lord in a Spirit of thanksgiving, and I ask Him to bless it.
I follow the blueprint Yahshua demonstrated in John 6:11. He multiplied two fish and five loaves of bread in the story after giving thanks for the provision He had. Since I’ve been doing this, I’ve experienced one financial miracle after the other.
Obedience Always Brings Blessings
The most recent blessing happened this past December and January. In a 4 to 6-week span, I received three refund checks. This was unexpected. I had no idea that two utility companies and an insurance agency would send me refunds.
A skeptic would say: “That’s just a coincidence.” My response is: “There are no coincidences when you operate in God’s kingdom.”
Blessings follow obedience (Acts 5:32). I know obeying the Law of Giving keeps money coming back to me unexpectedly. It’s not a coincidence. It’s confirmation that Father Yah is my provider, my Jehovah Jireh.
Summary
There have been many occasions when I didn’t trust God with my money. I often blamed Him for my financial lack and limitation. But the Holy Spirit reminded me that God is a provider. The Bible teaches us that the Most High promises His children provision — if we obey His kingdom laws and principles.
So, I practiced the Law of Giving with my finances. I began giving money in early 2020, and Father Yah has proven Himself as my provider. He keeps showing me that I can trust Him. One of the most recent blessings came when I received three unexpected refund checks.
Remember, you can’t reap what you don’t sow. If you need financial provisions, one of the best things you can do is give money.
My experience with the kingdom laws is one of my true stories of faith in God. I have more I’ll share with you. In these testimonies of faith, I pray it inspires you to trust God with everything in your life, including your money.
