Knowing These Three Laws Will Help You Receive More Money

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN you ask God to help you with your finances? One of the main things is the Most High will ensure you’re in the right place at the right time. This is what I call the Law of Divine Appointment. Ecclesiastes 3:1 tells us, “to everything, there is a season and a time for every purpose under the heaven.” Stay tuned as I share the importance of knowing your Divine appointment.

1. The Law of Divine Appointment

The first thing that happens when you pray over your finances ask for help with a financial matter, or speak a decree for increased prosperity, is that a shift occurs in the spirit realm.

Your prayer, words spoken in faith, or decree initiates an immediate response from the Most High. Immediately, God begins orchestrating the right people, places, and/or circumstances that bring about your manifestation. God devises the perfect plan for blessing you financially (Proverbs 16:9).

In the Gospels and the book of Acts, we read many accounts of Jesus and the apostles healing people immediately or suddenly (Acts 9: 34).

Now, the scriptures present instantaneous healing and breakthroughs. While we can experience an immediate response to our prayer request in the physical realm, this is not God’s typical response.

There is the Law of Seed, Time, and Harvest. So, there’s always a time frame between praying for financial blessing and receiving it. But our prayer is answered immediately in the spirit realm.

Jesus cursed the fig tree. Jesus and the disciples returned to the fig tree the next morning, and it had withered. Notice it didn’t wither physically as soon as Jesus spoke the curse. However, it did in the spiritual realm. By the next day, they saw the physical effect (or result) of what Jesus spoke.

Mark 11: 12-14

12 And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry: 13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. 14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.

KJV

Mark 11: 20-21

20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. 21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.

KJV

2. The Law of Recognition

You must know the Law of Recognition. One thing is knowing what you want from God or what you want God to do on your behalf. It’s quite another to know how God is going to do it. Here’s the twist: you won’t know how God will bless you financially.

In the previous podcast about partnering with God, I said God has his responsibilities, and we have ours. As Kingdom citizens, one of our roles is to know what we want or need. God must determine how that want or need will be met. The beauty of this is that God always knows the best way to fulfill our righteous desires.

Of course, “the how” is always a mystery. In other words, God may answer our prayers in a way we don’t expect. This is why we need to practice the Law of Recognition. The easiest way to activate this law is to ask God to give you the ability to recognize when your blessing has arrived. You may miss your blessing if you’re not operating with this law.

I’ve been working with God to help me improve my financial circumstances. I’m adamant about decreeing over my finances, speaking words in faith, and asking for God’s guidance. My goal is to become a better ruler over my money.

Now, here’s where we get to being in the right place at the right time and having the recognition to know when God is moving on your behalf.

My Money Manifestation Testimony

A month ago, I watched one of my favorite YouTubers, and she shared some valuable information that helped me acquire a significant amount of money.

Interestingly, this YouTube channel has nothing to do with money or personal finance. The channel is all about commentary on current events. Her topic had nothing to do with money at all. When she shared the information “out of the blue,” I recognized the information could benefit me financially.

Since then, this scenario has happened on two other occasions while watching YouTube. I came across a channel that had nothing to do with money. The video topic wasn’t about money. However, the person being interviewed shared a gem that gave me access to additional funds.

On another occasion, I was watching YouTube on my Smart TV. A video appeared on my “Recommended for you” or “Recently uploaded” list. This was a little odd because I had never seen the YouTuber before. The video title caught my eye, so I watched it. Again, the information shared helped me generate more money.

Some would say that’s just a coincidence. But that’s not true. There are no coincidences in God’s Kingdom. Again, God orchestrates the right people, places, and circumstances to answer our prayers. And he has been answering my financial prayers in ways I couldn’t imagine.

It’s by Divine Design that I came across these three videos with information that put money in my pocket. Plus, I had to recognize that the information was for me, and God answered my prayers through these individuals.

3. The Law of Inspired Action

I think the Prosperity Gospel and the Tithe Doctrine set false expectations within the church. It has led people to believe that money would fall out of the sky. It’s like all you do is pray for money, and it comes out of nowhere. So, there aren’t any other steps you must take. I see that as one of the shortcomings of the Prosperity Gospel. However, Kingdom wealth is not a pie-in-the-sky doctrine. You must often take practical steps to receive what you have asked for. I called this the Law of Inspired Action.

For instance, the Most High made sure I was in the right place at the right time for my financial blessing. However, it’s not like a pile of money was waiting for me when I showed up to watch the videos. Even though there was valuable information, the information in and of itself wouldn’t bless me. No, I had to take action on the information I received. It’s this action that resulted in me receiving money.

Even though you arrive at the right place and time by Divine assignment, it doesn’t mean a pile of money is waiting for you. More often than not, there’s a step(s) you must take. You must take inspired action. You may need to make a phone call, a person you need to meet, an application you must fill out, etc. In other words, there are instructions you must follow. When you follow the instructions, then and only then can you receive the blessing.

You see this illustrated with the story of Jesus healing the blind man in John 9:1-7. The blind man regained sight only when he obeyed Yahshua’s instructions to go to Siloam and wash the clay from his eyes.

The Bottom Line

There’s a kingdom process for answering prayers for money, financial prosperity, and material abundance. The Law of Divine Appointment is a Kingdom principle. This is when God orchestrates the right people, places, and circumstances to fulfill your prayer request for financial blessings. You will find yourself in the right place and at the right time.

To know whether you’re where God wants you must follow the Law of Recognition, another Kingdom principle. Once you know where God has placed doesn’t mean there’s a ton of money waiting on you. More often than not, there are instructions for you to follow. You must take action based on the Law of Inspired Action. Obedience to this law is required for the fulfillment of your prayer.
